Naeem App Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These terms govern businesses’ use of the Naeem Booking and Marketplace services provided by Usus Ibdaiyah For Information Technology Company (“Naeem”).
“Business” means the salon, beauty center or service provider that uses Naeem’s services.
Activating the service and accepting these terms electronically constitutes the Business’s acceptance of them.
1. The Service
Through the Marketplace and Naeem Booking, Naeem provides services that help clients discover businesses and view their services and locations and, where bookings are enabled, view available appointments and make bookings through the Naeem app.
Naeem may develop the service and add or modify its features from time to time in line with the development of the platform and the user experience.
2. Business Listing in the Marketplace
When the Business agrees to be listed in the Marketplace, it allows Naeem to display its commercial information through the Naeem app and platforms, such as its trade name, location, branches, working hours, photos, services, prices and related information.
The Business grants Naeem permission to use and display its commercial content, including the name, logo, photos and information it provides, to the extent necessary to provide, operate and market Naeem’s services.
The Business’s trademark and content remain its own property.
The Business may edit its information or stop being listed using the options available in Naeem.
3. Enabling Bookings
Being listed in the Marketplace does not automatically mean that bookings are enabled.
When the Business chooses to enable Naeem Booking, it agrees to display its services and available appointments to clients and to receive bookings made through the Naeem app.
Bookings reach the Business through the Naeem system, according to the features and permissions available to it.
The Business is responsible for keeping its appointments, services, prices and the information shown to clients up to date and accurate.
4. Delivering the Service to the Client
Naeem acts as a technology platform that enables businesses to be discovered and bookings to be made and managed, while the Business is responsible for delivering the actual service to the client, its quality, and compliance with the regulations, licenses and requirements related to its activity.
The Business is responsible for handling its confirmed bookings and fulfilling them according to the information, prices and terms shown to the client at the time of booking.
5. Fees and Commissions
Naeem currently charges no additional booking fees to the Business for receiving bookings through Naeem Booking, unless another commercial agreement exists between Naeem and the Business.
The current absence of booking fees is not a commitment to keep the service free of charge in the future.
Naeem may in the future change its pricing model or introduce fees or commissions related to bookings or to additional services and features, provided the Business is notified before the new fees or commissions take effect.
If the Business does not wish to continue under the new fees, it may stop receiving bookings before they take effect.
No new fees or commissions will be applied retroactively to bookings made before their effective date.
6. Online Payment
When the client or the Business uses online payment services provided through Naeem, the applicable payment service fees and terms apply according to the Business’s commercial agreement.
Online payment fees are separate from Naeem Booking fees or commissions unless stated otherwise.
Payments may be processed by Naeem or by approved payment service providers, depending on the nature of the service.
7. Data and Privacy
Data generated by using Naeem Booking and the Marketplace, including booking data and records, is managed through the Naeem platform. Naeem may retain, process and use it to provide, operate, develop and improve its services and to prepare analytics and reports, in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.
The Business has access to the data it needs to manage its bookings and serve its clients, according to the permissions available in the Naeem system.
Naeem and the Business undertake to handle personal data in accordance with applicable regulations and Naeem’s privacy policy.
The Business stopping the Booking or Marketplace service does not result in the deletion of records and data that Naeem is entitled to retain under the regulations or for legitimate operational purposes.
8. Ranking and Visibility of Businesses
Naeem determines how businesses, services, search results and recommendations are displayed and ranked within the Marketplace.
Visibility and ranking may depend on several factors related to the user experience, such as location, appointment availability, relevance to search results, quality and completeness of information, ratings, business activity and booking performance.
Enabling the Marketplace or Naeem Booking does not guarantee the Business a specific ranking or level of visibility within the app.
Naeem may offer promotional, advertising or featured-placement options as additional services.
9. Ratings and Client Experience
Naeem may allow clients to rate businesses and services and may display these ratings through its platforms.
Naeem may manage or remove content that violates the regulations or its policies, and take appropriate action in the case of repeated complaints or practices that materially affect the client experience or the reliability of the Marketplace.
10. Cancelling and Changing Bookings
Cancellations and changes to bookings are subject to the policies shown to the client and the Business through Naeem.
Naeem may develop policies and mechanisms for confirmation, cancellation, no-shows and refunds in order to organize the booking experience, provided the relevant terms are shown to the parties concerned.
11. Suspending the Service
The Business may stop receiving bookings or stop being listed in the Marketplace using the options available in the Naeem system.
Naeem may suspend or stop the Business’s listing or its receipt of bookings in the case of a regulatory violation, misuse of the service, misleading information, misuse of client data, or practices that materially affect the integrity of the platform or the client experience.
Suspending the service does not cancel bookings or obligations that arose before the suspension date.
12. Intellectual Property
The Naeem platform, its software, designs, technologies, databases, systems, trademarks and the related intellectual property rights remain owned by or licensed to Naeem, as applicable.
Using the Marketplace or Naeem Booking does not grant the Business any ownership right in the Naeem platform or its technologies.
13. Service Availability and Development
Naeem may update, develop or change how the Marketplace and Naeem Booking operate, and add or remove features in line with product development.
The service may be temporarily affected by maintenance, updates, technical faults or services provided by third parties.
14. Changes to the Terms
Naeem may update these terms from time to time.
Where a material change affects the Business’s obligations, or new fees or commissions are introduced, the Business will be notified before the change takes effect through Naeem’s approved communication channels.
Continued use of the service after the update takes effect is subject to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by the regulations.
15. Electronic Consent
The person who activates the Marketplace or Naeem Booking confirms that they are authorized to give consent on behalf of the Business.
Clicking the accept or activate button after these terms are made available constitutes electronic consent to them.
Naeem may keep an electronic record of the consent, including the date and time of consent, the account through which it was given, and the version of the terms accepted.
16. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the laws, regulations and policies in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
